Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item(s) is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If a shipment is damaged. Please send pictures to email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will reship the order to you or a store credit will be issued.

All orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
The processing time does NOT include shipping time.
We ship via USPS and if potential delays occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems- these issues are outside of your control.
